prayer does not really matter who or what we pray to, what face we paint on it, what mythology we give it. When you pray, even when you think or dream, you are in constant contact with the Collective Consciousness, a feedback loop.
like everything you do is known by the collective, which is the force of Life and Awareness. In this way, everything you literally do is experienced by two witnesses; your individual awareness and the awareness of the Collective Consciousness. Not only here on this planet, but throughout the entire universe anything that is known must first be Witnessed. It is even possible that this force bridges the gap between multiverses (ref: string and membrane theories).
The power of prayer is great when you have no expectations and that is really the point, i surmise. A life without expectation may seem ridiculous to some of you, until all your expectations are denied and they find themselves at the bottom of a personal disaster. (expectation might work for some) but If you have no faith in God, have faith in yourself, pray, to yourself because it really doesn't matter, since, we are all praying to the same thing Life, Awareness, Consciousness. They are only words, what matters is that you take time to express yourself to the universe, it is why we are here, to enrich and humbly express life itself.
